Meetings : The Law and Practices

Based on his experiences in the field, pages of explanations were given by our trainer, Assoc. Prof. En.Khir regarding today's module - meetings and its law and practices. It's simple yet it's complicated. (laugh) Too much protocols to follow though, but a lot of input we gained just for one day. A cup's full. Spilled out from every angle of my head. In addition to that, we've been exposed with the basis - memo, notice for meeting, minutes of meeting.

During the talk, one thing that strikes me real hard for quiet a moment is that the part when he said "If the person are unable to control his family, then how are they going to believe that particular person is capable in controlling the company. He fails to command one wife, can he gives commands to hundreds staffs?" well..sort of like that.

He highlighted mostly on how the meetings fundamental in every company, how it can destroy one big company over one single decision making, etc. One single decision from the attendee could turn the company upside down. Heavy isn't it? Yup, you should listen to his explanation and then you will know how far our conception on meetings went off track. Effective and efficient: He gave us the differences. The chairman: Not the kind of person you should give absolute power. Say the right thing! At the right way: That should put you in a safe spot. Till the end of last few minutes for the day, we've gained lots of other information on islamic perspective too. Well, there's so much to tell but couldn't decide where to begin and what to begin with. I just give my simple summary for today's module. That's all.

Feel free to ask about the module. I'll share it the best I could, insyaallah.=)
