One of the module during BeST programme at uniRazak is how you write a resume. It is about creating an effective resume and cover letter for your job hunting.Preparing a resume is like commercializing your product, selling it and promoting the benefits of the product and the best part is that YOU are the product. You are selling yourself. By putting that in mind, you have to consider that the resume you are about to write will most likely determine whether or not you are offered an interview with the company you want.

With proper guide and detailed explanation by the trainers, Madam Norliza and Pn. Farahiyah, who for us participants, are among the best in this field, we were to make our resume at the very best.

Keep it brief. Keep it simple and sweet. Use strong words to represent yourself. For example, use “Champion in this or that” instead of “Win a tournament of these or those”. Also, in preparing a cover letter, there is not need to include unnecessary things of too much boasting about yourself. Save that for the interview. So that you have something to show and say and during the interview, you can say it with your personality.
